Abstract

Correlacionar un registro medido y un registro pronosticado. Al menos algunas de las realizaciones ilustrativas son métodos que incluyen: trazar valores del registro medido con respecto a un eje de coordenadas y un eje de abscisas y realizar el trazado en un primer panel; trazar valores del registro pronosticado con respecto al eje de coordenadas y el eje de abscisas; seleccionar un punto de inflexión del registro pronosticado; mover la posición horizontal del punto de inflexión en relación con el registro medido en respuesta al dispositivo de señalización; cambiar la inclinación de la menos una superficie modelada en un modelo estructural en base a la ubicación relativa del punto de inflexión; volver a calcular el registro pronosticado en base al cambio de la inclinación, en donde el nuevo cálculo crea un registro pronosticado modificado; y luego trazar el registro pronosticado modificado. En algunos casos, el método de la reivindicación 1 también puede incluir agregar un punto fijo X, Y, Z en la al menos una superficie modelada en base a la ubicación del punto de inflexión.
