Abstract
Composiciones, métodos y sistemas para lograr un índice de multiplicación de plantas muy alto por micropropagación in vitro.Reivindicación 1: Un método de micropropagación in vitro de bambú, caracterizado porque comprende: (a) incubar un cultivo tisular, explante o semilla de bambú en un medio de inducción de yemas para inducir la formación de yemas de brotes, (b) incubar las yemas de brotes obtenidas en el paso (a) en un medio de elongación/mantenimiento de brotes; (c) incubar los brotes del paso (b) en un medio de inducción de yemas para inducir la formación de yemas de brotes; (d) incubar las yemas de brotes obtenidas en el paso (c) en un medio de elongación/mantenimiento de brotes; y (e) repetir los pasos de incubación (c) y el paso (d) al menos por un ciclo adicional; en donde el medio de inducción de yemas comprende una cantidad eficaz de tidiazurón (TDZ) o un análogo del mismo, y en donde el medio de elongación/mantenimiento de brotes comprende una cantidad eficaz de una o más citoquininas distintas de TDZ o un análogo del mismo, en donde opcionalmente, el medio de inducción de yemas del paso (a) y/o del paso (c) es un medio líquido y/o un medio sólido, y el medio de elongación/mantenimiento de brotes del paso (b) y/o del paso (d) es un medio líquido y/o un medio sólido.Compositions, methods and systems for achieving a very high plant multiplication rate by in vitro micropropagation. Claim 1: A method of in vitro micropropagation of bamboo, characterized in that it comprises: (a) incubating a tissue culture, explant or bamboo seed in a bud induction means to induce bud bud formation, (b) incubate bud buds obtained in step (a) in a bud elongation / maintenance medium; (c) incubate the buds from step (b) in a bud induction medium to induce bud formation; (d) incubate bud buds obtained in step (c) in an elongation / maintenance medium of buds; and (e) repeat the incubation steps (c) and step (d) for at least one additional cycle; wherein the yolk induction medium comprises an effective amount of thidiazuron (TDZ) or an analog thereof, and wherein the sprout elongation / maintenance medium comprises an effective amount of one or more cytokinins other than TDZ or an analogue of the same, where optionally, the yolk induction medium of step (a) and / or of step (c) is a liquid medium and / or a solid medium, and the sprout elongation / maintenance medium of step (b) and / or of step (d) is a liquid medium and / or a solid medium.
