Abstract
Se revela una composición de emulsión de agua en aceite y un método de producción. La composición puede comprender una fase de monómero, una fase orgánica, por lo menos un iniciador, y una fase de inversión. La fase de monómero puede además comprender por lo menos un monómero, agua, cloruro de amonio, sodio 2-acrilamido-2-metil-1-propano sulfonato, etilen diamino tetraacetato tetrasódico, y por lo menos un monómero etilénicamente insaturado soluble en agua. La fase orgánica puede además comprender por lo menos un solvente hidrófobo, lecitina, y un derivado de polioxietileno de un éster de sorbitan. El por lo menos único monómero puede ser seleccionado del grupo integrado por un monómero acrílico, un monómero de acrilamida, y combinaciones de los mismos.
