Un dispositivo desechable temporal para el tratamiento de infecciones de los miembros del cuerpo humano que comprende un clavo intramedular (C) de forma sustancialmente astiforme apto para estabilizar los miembros del cuerpo humano y provisto de una superficie externa (E), una capa superficial (2) provista de una superficie externa (S) y puesta en contacto con al menos parte de la superficie externa (E) del clavo intramedular (C), la capa superficial (2) que comprende un material biológicamente compatible en forma fluida solidificable poroso o esponjoso, la capa superficial (2) que comprende poros (2’) presentes de manera arbitraria en la superficie externa (S) o en el interior de la capa superficial (2), en la cual los poros (2’) presentan una disposición casual.
