Abstract
Tiene sendos sinfines laterales (6) dispuestos en “V” y paralelos al piso que llevan el producto a extraer en dirección contraria al sentido de avance hacia un sinfín vertical (7) dispuesto dentro de un tubo (8). Cada uno de los sinfines laterales (6) está unido a la estructura (1) a través de un brazo vinculado al eje hueco vertical (9) que alborga el eje de transmisión. Una barra extensible (10) fijada al chasis (1) se puede girar en un movimiento axial limitado que la extiende o acorta variando la distancia existente entre los extremos de los sinfines laterales (6) para adecuarlos al ancho de la silo bolsa (5). En los extremos de la barra extensible (10) se disponen sendos resortes (12) que calcan las irregularidades manteniendo una presión constante de los volantes (13) provistos en los sinfines laterales (6) sobre las paredes de la silo bolsa (5). En el extremo anterior de cada uno de los sinfines laterales (6) se proyecta un par de paletas (14) que muerden el producto rompiendo los terrones mientras que el extremo posterior se vincula a una caja de transmisión (15) a la que también se vincula un sinfín posterior (16) con rosca inversa. La extractora cuenta con un sinfín frontal (17) ubicado delante del conducto (8) y accionado con un movimiento alternativo sobre el eje vertical desde el brazo por un cilindro hidráulico (21) que presenta uno de sus extremos fijo a la estructura (1). El sentido del movimiento se invierte por acción de sendas válvulas dispuestas en los límites de carrera del sinfín frontal (17) en un arco cuya amplitud queda comprendida en el espacio existente entre los sinfines laterales (6) y que para adecuarse a éste se regula alojando un perno (23) en alguno de los orificios radiales del brazo (22) que lo une con el vástago del cilindro hidráulico (21). El rolo (4) se dispone en forma transversal al sentido de avance y elevado con respecto a los sinfines laterales (6) y gira alimentado a través de una transmisión hidráulica tirando y enrollando la silo bolsa (5) que forma una “V” de ramas paralelas a los sinfines laterales (6) guiada por sendos rodillos inclinados (19) que presentan sus extremos inferiores separados por una magnitud levemente mayor que la que separa a dichos sinfines laterales (6) en su parte más cerrada y sus extremos superiores separados en una medida similar a la que existe entre los extremos del rolo (4) La silo bolsa (5) apoya sobre un rodillo transversal (20) cercano al suelo y posterior a los extremos de los sinfines posteriores (16).
