Abstract

Además, la presente solicitud se refiere a un sustituto osteocartilaginoso multicapa o bicapa que comprende una primera capa superior que consiste en una matriz orgánica que comprende colágeno y quitosano y una capa inferior que consiste en una matriz compuesta hidroxiapatita, colágeno y quitosano. Por último, la presente solicitud se refiere al uso de dichas estructuras monocapa o bicapa o multicapa para preparar dichos sustitutos cartilaginosos, óseos u osteocartilaginosos para el tratamiento de defectos condrales, óseos y osteocondrales articulares o para la neoformación de un tejido cartilaginoso y/o tejido óseo sucondral.The present application refers to a mono-, bi- or multilayer monolithic structure consisting of biomimetic composite materials to prepare substitutes for the treatment of bone, cartilaginous or osteocartilaginous defects.
