La presente solicitud se refiere a un cierre de dos partes para botellas de aceite comestible, el cual comprende: un inserto de cierre (20) que tiene un piton vertedor (21) y elementos de aireacion (22), el cual puede ser colocado mediante un zocalo de cierre (23) sobre un borde (31) de una boca de cuello de botella (32) y que circunda a éste ultimo, sobresaliendo el piton vertedor (21) por encima de la boca de cuello de botella (32) y, un capuchon de cierre de una pieza (10) que tiene una placa de cabeza (1) y una camisa periférica de capuchon (2), el cual está constituido a su vez por una pared de capuchon (6) que se continua en la placa de cabeza (1), una cinta a prueba de adulteracion (5) y un anillo de retencion (4), estando la pared de capuchon (6) conectada en forma integral con el anillo de retencion (4) y la cinta a prueba de adulteracion (5) a través de una porcion de conexion fácilmente desgarrable (3), y pudiendo ser colocado el capuchon de cierre (10) sobre la boca de cuello de botella (32) y sobre el inserto de cierre (20) y cerrando el capuchon de cierre la abertura del inserto de cierre (20).
