Abstract

Un aparato de transmision comprime una corriente de radiodifusion que incluye marcos para generar una senal de datos; cada marco incluye paquetes de radiodifusion, cada paquete de radiodifusion incluye una unidad de encabezamiento, una unidad de datos, y una unidad de informacion adjunta, y transmite la senal de datos mediante la utilizacion de paquetes de transmision. El aparato de transmision incluye: una unidad de generacion que comprime la corriente de radiodifusion para generar la senal de datos para lo cual, si en la corriente de radiodifusion se halla presente un paquete nulo que es un tipo de paquete de radiodifusion, convierte una porcion teorica deseada de compresion en una unidad de informacion de indicacion cuya magnitud es inferior a la magnitud de la porcion teorica deseada de compresion y que indica que el paquete es un paquete nulo, siendo la porcion teorica deseada de compresion al menos parte de una porcion que incluye la unidad de encabezamiento y la unidad de datos del paquete nulo; y una unidad de transmision que transmite la senal de datos mediante la utilizacion de los paquetes de transmision.
