Abstract
El presente invento se refiere a un intercambiador térmico interno de tipo tubular coaxial para un circuito de climatizacion de un vehículo automovil, circuito que consta de dos partes de baja y de alta presiones, recorridas por un fluido frigorígeno, y al circuito de climatizacion en sí que incorpora aquel intercambiador. Este intercambiador (E), de tipo tubular axial define, como mínimo, un canal radialmente interno (11) que es, de preferencia, para el fluido que está a baja presion en el interior de un tubo interno (10) y un canal radialmente externo (21) que es, de preferencia, para el fluido que está a presion alta, formado entre ese tubo interno y un tubo externo (20). Segun el presente invento, medios de espaciamiento (30) con conductibilidad térmica inferior a la de esos tubos interno y externo se montan moviles, al menos en traslacion, entre estos dos tubos y se extienden sobre nada más que parte de la longitud del canal externo, una zona, por lo menos, de este ultimo desprovista de esos medios y destinada a que se la conecte a un punteado (40) por máquina, tal como un cuerpo de válvula o una tubería de soporte de un captador, mediante un agujero de conexion (23) que se forma en el tubo externo, en el nivel de esta zona.The present invention relates to an internal heat exchanger of coaxial tubular type for an air conditioning circuit of a motor vehicle, a circuit consisting of two parts of low and high pressure, traveled by a refrigerant fluid, and the air conditioning circuit itself which incorporates that exchanger. This exchanger (E), of axial tubular type defines, at least, a radially internal channel (11) which is preferably for the fluid that is at low pressure inside an internal tube (10) and a radially channel external (21) which is preferably for the fluid that is under high pressure, formed between that internal tube and an external tube (20). According to the present invention, spacing means (30) with thermal conductivity lower than those of these internal and external tubes are mounted mobile, at least in translation, between these two tubes and extend over nothing more than part of the length of the external channel , an area, at least, of the latter devoid of these means and intended to be connected to a dot (40) per machine, such as a valve body or a support pipe of a sensor, through a hole connection (23) that is formed in the outer tube, at the level of this zone.
