Abstract
Máquina clasificadora para productos granulados formada por una plataforma distribuidora inclinada (3), un dispositivo de deteccion (12) y un dispositivo de expulsion (7), en la cual los productos a clasificar (2, 10, 11) son transportados hacia una plataforma distribuidora (3) y se desplazan sobre esta plataforma (3) en un ancho flujo de productos y en la cual este flujo de productos es llevado por una zona de deteccion (4). Dicho dispositivo de deteccion (12) permite examinar los productos (2, 10, 11) de acuerdo con una línea de escaneo (15) en la zona de deteccion (4) de acuerdo con una direccion transversal sobre la direccion del desplazamiento del flujo de productos con el fin de identificar estos productos con productos adecuados (10) o productos no deseados (11). En esta máquina, el dispositivo de expulsion (7) posee una fila de válvulas de aire comprimido (8) que se estira casi transversalmente sobre la direccion del desplazamiento del flujo de productos y casi paralelamente a este ultimo del mismo costado del flujo de productos que dicha plataforma distribuidora (3), en la cual cada una de las válvulas de aire comprimido (8) contiene una boquilla de soplado que apunta hacia dicho flujo de productos.
