Abstract

La presente solicitud provee la cuantificacion de siete clases de compuestos (saturados, aromáticos de 1-4+ anillos, sulfuros y polares) presentes en corrientes de hidrocarburos que bullen a 550-1050s F (288-565sC). La operacion de la presente solicitud en el modo preparatorio nos permitirá la carga y recoleccion de cantidades de material en términos de multimiligramos. En la presente solicitud, las siete fracciones son producidas en una sola ejecucion, mientras que las separaciones de cromatografía líquida preparatoria más comunmente utilizadas requieren dos o más separaciones de gran escala para generar fracciones similares. La presente solicitud utiliza 100 veces menos solvente. El protocolo de la presente solicitud proporciona una alternativa más rápida y más economica para las separaciones de cromatografía líquida preparatoria más comunmente utilizadas, y es lo suficientemente flexible para dirigirse a muchos problemas relacionados con la refinería y la química.
