Abstract

Es descripta una tapa para cierre al vacío de un envase que presenta un filme (20) herméticamente asentado y retenido contra una o ambas caras y el contorno de la misma. Dicho filme (20) cierra el al menos un agujero pasante (11) conformado en la misma, eliminando la necesidad de barnizado de dichas caras y del agujero pasante (11). El presente describe asimismo un proceso que comprende etapas de perforar la hoja constituyente de la tapa (10); aplicar y curar barniz o esmalte en alguna de las caras de la tapa (10) y en el al menos un agujero pasante (11) dispuesto en la hoja constituyente de la tapa (10); posicionar el filme (20) sobre alguna o ambas caras y contorno de la hoja constituyente de la tapa (10); aplicar material adhesivo, presion y calor pegando el filme (20) en una o ambas caras y contorno de la hoja constituyente de la tapa (10) y conformar la tapa.
