Abstract

Se revela un aparato para fabricar una estructura compuesta metálica o de otro material y plásticos sintéticos moldeados por inyeccion. El aparato comprende tres componentes (12, 14, 16), los cuales se pueden desplazar entre una posicion abierta en donde los mismos se encuentran espaciados uno de otro y una posicion cerrada en donde los mismos son forzados a estar en contacto. El componente central (14) presenta aberturas (30) en el mismo y el componente externo (16) presenta salientes (36) que ingresan dentro de las aberturas (30) en el componente (12) y troquelan una tira (40) que se encuentra entre los dos componentes. El elemento troquelado se fuerza a través del componente central (14) dentro de una cavidad de moldeo definida por los componentes (12, 14) y las caras delanteras de las salientes (36). En el componente (12) se proporciona un punto de inyeccion (18) de material plástico.
