Abstract

La presente solicitud se refiere a un método para produccion de olefinas livianas, con la finalidad de maximizar la obtencion de propeno y, principalmente, eteno, mediante la utilizacion de un catalizador específico que contiene zeolita de alta proporcion de sílice, cuya composicion comprende además un metal deshidrogenante, de manera de generar olefinas livianas y una deposicion apreciable de coque sobre el catalizador. Se pudieron observar ganancias de selectividad a olefinas livianas, y al mismo tiempo se minimizaba la deficiencia energética del craqueo catalítico en operacion petroquímica con hidrocarburos livianos, evitando problemas provocados por las exigencias de combustion de aceite de calefaccion en la seccion de regeneracion de catalizador para compensar el déficit energético del conversor.The present application refers to a method for the production of light olefins, in order to maximize the production of propene and, mainly, ethene, by using a specific catalyst containing zeolite with a high proportion of silica, whose composition also comprises a dehydrogenating metal, so as to generate light olefins and an appreciable deposition of coke on the catalyst. Selective gains to light olefins could be observed, and at the same time the energy deficiency of catalytic cracking in petrochemical operation with light hydrocarbons was minimized, avoiding problems caused by the requirements of combustion of heating oil in the catalyst regeneration section to compensate The energy deficit of the converter.
