Abstract

En la presente se describe un procedimiento de destilacion de aceite decantado con el objeto de aumentar el rendimiento de produccion de breas, con excelentes propiedades físico-químicas, por medio del desarrollo de un procedimiento de destilacion que comprende básicamente la introduccion de una etapa de condensacion de compuestos livianos y volátiles derivados de la destilacion de aceite decantado, llevando estos compuestos livianos a realizar una recirculacion para la zona caliente del destilador y volver a reaccionar con la materia prima actuando como una fase solvente que presenta menor viscosidad que el sistema reactivo, en una determinada faja de temperatura y durante un determinado tiempo.A distilled oil distillation process is described herein in order to increase the production yield of breasts, with excellent physical-chemical properties, by means of the development of a distillation process that basically comprises the introduction of a condensation stage of light and volatile compounds derived from the distillation of decanted oil, leading these light compounds to perform a recirculation for the hot zone of the distiller and reacting again with the raw material acting as a solvent phase that has lower viscosity than the reactive system, in a certain temperature range and for a certain time.
