Abstract
Un nodo de relé o nodo repetidor (21) para utilizar en un sistema de comunicaciones inalámbricas, comprendiendo dicho nodo una antena de recepcion (23) para recibir una senal por intermedio de una conexion inalámbrica, un amplificador (30) para amplificar la senal y una antena de transmision (27) para enviar la senal amplificada, comprendiendo dicho nodo además una unidad de conmutacion de modo (31) para conmutar entre por lo menos un primer modo de operacion y un segundo modo de operacion del nodo, en funcion de un requerimiento en cuanto a la ganancia de la amplificacion. Esto permite la optimizacion del nodo para condiciones variables en la red.
