Abstract
Métodos y aparatos que soportan la configuracion y/o el control de las subcapas de control de enlace de radio (RLC) y de protocolo de convergencia de datos por paquetes (PDCP) mediante la definicion y utilizacion de parámetros y procedimientos de control de recursos de radio (RRC), y mediante la inclusion de elementos de informacion (lEs) en mensajes RRC tanto en el enlace ascendente como el enlace descendente para la configuracion RLC y PDCP.
