Se revelan un sistema de transmision digital y un método de procesamiento de datos. La presente incluye una unidad de procesador de banda base que recibe una senal de transmision que incluye datos de servicio movil y datos de servicio principal, los datos de servicio movil pueden configurar un cuadro RS en tanto el cuadro RS incluye por lo menos datos de servicio movil o un mensaje de notificacion y por lo menos una primera informacion de senalizacion que describe la informacion de senalizacion de un canal virtual para transmitir los datos de servicio movil o una segunda informacion de senalizacion que describe la informacion de senalizacion en un canal de notificacion para transmitir el mensaje de notificacion, una unidad de procesador de administracion que accede al mensaje de notificacion parseando la segunda informacion de senalizacion del cuadro RS, la unidad de procesador de administracion procesa el mensaje de notificacion accedido, la unidad de procesador de administracion almacena el mensaje de notificacion procesado en un dispositivo de almacenamiento, y una unidad de procesador de presentacion que envía el mensaje de notificacion de procesos a un dispositivo de salida.
