Abstract
Un sistema para dosificar un producto alimenticio sobre un objeto que comprende: un dispositivo de dosificacion (1) para la coextrusion de al menos 2 materiales alimenticios al mismo momento para formar un producto alimenticio multicomponente (30), donde dicho dispositivo de dosificacion (1) comprende: un elemento de nucleo (2) que alberga al menos un primer y un segundo suministro (5a, 5b), teniendo dicho primer suministro (5a) al menos un orificio (6) conectado a un canal de extrusion (7) el cual es colocado de manera coaxial respecto de un canal de extrusion (8) del segundo suministro (5b), y un elemento de tubo cilíndrico (3) relativamente posible de rotar respecto de y que rodea el elemento de nucleo (2), que posee al menos una abertura (3a), donde dicha abertura (3a) está disenada para estar selectivamente puesta en una posicion coaxial respecto de los canales de extrusion (8,7) del primer y segundo suministros (5a, 5b) rotando el elemento de tubo cilíndrico (3), permitiendo una coextrusion de los materiales alimenticios introducidos en los suministros (5a, 5b) del elemento de nucleo. Reivindicacion 10: Un sistema de dosificacion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 9, caracterizado porque la dimension de las boquillas (4) y/o la seccion transversal de una abertura (4a) de las boquillas (4) puede ser diferente para cada boquilla (4). Reivindicacion 20: Un método para la coextrusion de un producto alimenticio multicomponente sobre un objeto, caracterizado porque dicho método comprende las etapas de suministrar y controlar los flujos de productos alimenticios hacia al menos un primer y segundo suministro (5a, 5b) de un elemento de nucleo (2), y coextruir continuamente haciendo rotar un elemento de tubo cilíndrico (3) que tiene al menos una abertura (3a) que se puede alinear con al menos un canal de extrusion coaxial (6, 7) provisto al primer y segundo suministro (5a, 5b).
