Abstract
Métodos para controlar las operaciones de un equipo de mantenimiento de pozos en un sitio del pozo evaluando los datos de un sensor de carga que se obtienen de los sensores en el equipo de mantenimiento de pozos o que están asociados con el mismo. Para cada extraccion de tubería o varillas de un pozo se puede revisar una gráfica de los datos de la carga sobre el aparejo y se puede determinar una carga promedio sobre el aparejo. La carga promedio sobre el aparejo se puede utilizar para calcular y establecer un nivel de sobrecarga sobre el aparejo. Si el sensor de carga sobre el aparejo lee una carga sobre el aparejo que coincide con el nivel de sobrecarga sobre el aparejo o que lo supera, se puede desembragar el embrague del malacate y aplicar el freno para impedir que la carga ya sea dane el aparejo o separe la tubería o las varillas del pozo. Además, se puede evaluar la carga sobre el aparejo para determinar cuándo limitar la velocidad del bloque al retirar las varillas o tuberías.
