Abstract

Esta solicitud denominada Pata de empuje náutica, se adapta a motores de eje rígidos lineales de 4 y 2 tiempos. Consta en su parte principal, donde se apoya la fuerza motriz, de una superficie de hierro angulada, la cual es acorde al acoplamiento de la transmision que produce el movimiento de la hélice de empuje. Esta tiene un eje cardánico principal reemplazable, que tolera la potencia a emplear en dicha plataforma de sujecion del motor (Plano 2). Para lo cual, se utiliza una bisagra de movimiento de rotacion tipo hongo (10 de plano 2) que facilita el perfecto apoyo de la superficie principal que pivotea sobre el eje de la plataforma principal. El eje cano soporte del propulsor (5 de plano 2) consta en el extremo inferior da un alojamiento de bolilleros y retenes (figuras 1, 2 y 3); en su parte media hay un buje engrasado de alineamiento y, en su extremo superior un retén que evita el ingreso de agentes extranos. También consta en su parte inferior de una quilla direccional, y un deflector de flujo laminar de agua que al apoyarse en la misma, inclina esta pata a su correcta posicion de empuje. En el plano 1 se puede apreciar en el interior del ceno eje del propulsor, un eje de mando que en su parte inferior contiene la hélice y en la parte superior del mismo el acoplamiento al motor, que consta de los siguientes elementos: Cruceta cardánica tipo universal (3), manchon de acople con junta de goma (2) y bolillero oscilante excéntrico, con tuercas de sujecion de ambos lados al eje de toma principal. Este conjunto actua como crapodina y evita el empuje lineal hacia el eje del motor, lo cual impide la absorcion de la fuerza do empuje producida por la hélice hacia el eje del cigüenal del motor y, dado que estos motores no admiten por su tipo de construccion dicho empuje, se deja a salvo todo tipo de fatiga mecánica y no le ocasiona males mayores al motor. Por lo tanto, este bolillero excéntrico con su tuerca de sujecion relaja en la potencia hasta el anclaje del mismo, que a su vez está fijo en la base principal del motor.This application, called Nautical Thrust Leg, adapts to 4 and 2 stroke linear rigid shaft motors. It also consists in its lower part of a directional keel, and a laminar flow deflector of water that, when supported by it, inclines this leg to its correct thrust position. In the plane 1, it can be seen inside the propeller shaft, a drive shaft that contains the propeller in its lower part and, in the upper part, the coupling to the motor, which consists of the following elements: universal (3), coupling spot with rubber seal (2) and eccentric oscillating bolt, with nuts securing both sides to the main intake shaft. This set acts as crapodine and prevents linear thrust towards the motor shaft, which prevents the absorption of the thrust force produced by the propeller towards the axis of the engine crankshaft and, given that these motors do not support due to their type of construction said thrust, all type of mechanical fatigue is left safe and does not cause major evils to the engine. Therefore, this eccentric bollard with its clamping nut relaxes in the power until its anchoring, which in turn is fixed in the main base of the engine.
