Abstract
Un dispositivo de ajuste para ajustar el paso de las paletas propulsoras (4) de una bomba impulsora (1) y también se refiere a una bomba impulsora en la cual se ha incorporado un dispositivo de este tipo. El dispositivo de ajuste comprende medios de ajuste (5;25; 35) montados dentro del cubo (2) dispuestos para ser axialmente movil en una direccion a lo largo del árbol de accionamiento (7), estando los medios de ajuste (5; 25; 35) provistos con una pluralidad de ranuras de guiado (6; 26 a; 36) dispuestos con separaciones circunferenciales alrededor de la superficie; una pluralidad de medios de fijacion (20) montados, de manera de poder rotar, en el cubo (2) estando cada uno de ellos fijado de manera fija a una paleta propulsora (4) y soportando por a menos una ranura de guiado (6; 26 a; 36), en el que cada medio de fijacion (20) y la correspondiente por lo menos una ranura de guiado (6; 25 a; 36) están dispuesto de manera de interactuar de manera tal que una fuerza aplicada sobre el medio de fijacion (20) se distribuye simétricamente alrededor de un eje perpendicular al árbol de accionamiento (7) y paralelo a un eje geométrico de rotacion del medio de fijacion (20); y en la que las ranuras de guiado (6; 26 a; 36)están dispuestas de manera tal que, al tener lugar un movimiento axial de los medios de ajuste (5; 25; 35), ocasionan que el medio de fijacion (5; 25; 35) rote alrededor de un propio eje geométrico de rotacion, con lo cual a su vez se hace rotar la paleta propulsora (4).An adjustment device for adjusting the passage of the propeller vanes (4) of a booster pump (1) and also refers to a booster pump in which such a device has been incorporated.
