Abstract
Comprende un cuerpo (4) acoplable al contenedor (2) que presenta por lo menos un primer pasaje (7, 12, 120) y un segundo pasaje (34, 36), independientes entre sí y comunicantes el interior del contenedor con el exterior. El primer pasaje (7, 12, 120) presenta un primer asiento (10, 45, 100) y en su extremo inferior posee un segundo asiento (13, 130). Contra el primer asiento actua selectivamente un medio de obturacion (17, 44, 144) sobre dicho primer asiento del pasaje, que define una llave de paso y dentro del referido pasaje aloja coaxial y axialmente desplazable un vástago (14) solidario do dicho primer obturador (17, 44,144) y axialmente desplazable entre una posicion de fin de carrera superior y otra de fin de carrera inferior. Los medios de mando del vástago presentan una porcion troncoconica (19, 55) complementaria de un asiento (20, 58) practicado en el cuerpo de la llave (4) de paso, que constituye un tope de fin de carrera y que define un asiento de sello hermético entre el vástago y el cuerpo de la llave de paso; un cuerpo obturador (24, 124) de geometría complementaria al segundo asiento (13, 130), enfrenta y es solicitado en alejamiento por un medio elástico (25), definiendo la base del cuerpo obturador una superficie de empuje (30) que enfrenta la entrada del contenido dentro del cuerpo de la llave de paso, confirmando una válvula de seguridad de bloqueo total por exceso de flujo; definiendo el caudal de salida del contenido una solicitacion axial sobre la base del citado cuerpo obturador. Un segundo pasaje (36) aloja un tapon de material fundente (35) el cual se descarga dentro del contenedor. The control means of the rod have a conical trunk portion (19, 55) complementary to a seat (20, 58) made in the body of the stopcock (4), which constitutes a limit stop and defines a seat hermetic seal between the stem and the body of the stopcock; a sealing body (24, 124) of complementary geometry to the second seat (13, 130), faces and is requested to move away by an elastic means (25), the base of the sealing body defining a pushing surface (30) facing the content entry into the body of the stopcock, confirming a safety valve for total blockage due to excess flow; defining the output flow of the content an axial request on the basis of said sealing body. A second passage (36) houses a plug of flux material (35) which is discharged into the container. Both the plug (24) and the flux plug (35) house inside the body of the container (2) and are there inside acting.
