Abstract
Se determina la concentracion de un polímero con carga anionica en una solucion acuosa con una película solida delgada con una matriz polimérica y una tintura cationica. Se aplica al sensor de película una muestra de una solucion acuosa que contienepor lo menos un polímero con carga anionica a analizar. Se mide la absorbancia del sensor de película una vez aplicada la muestra. A continuacion se compara la absorbancia del sensor de película con una curva de calibracion de la absorbancia demuestras que contienen concentraciones conocidas de los polímeros con carga anionica a fin de determinar la concentracion del polímero con carga anionica en la muestra.
