Abstract

La presente se refiere a un mejoramiento en la construcción de superficies acuáticas de deslizamiento y comprende una o más capas de material blando, permeable construidas dentro de un sustrato acojinado de una superficie de deslizamiento estructuralmente soportada. El material permeable está conectado con un sistema de drenaje, preferiblemente intercalado entre una membrana impermeable superior, resbaladiza y un sustrato de soporte debajo de ella. La ventaja de este mejoramiento es cuando el agua que penetra a la membrana impermeable, el material permeable impide la acumulación del agua dentro del sustrato acojinado, permitiendo su drenaje, en lugar de provocar grietas y ampollamiento debajo de la membrana impermeable, preservando la integridad y longevidad de la superficie de deslizamiento.
