Abstract

Un proceso para la preparacion de catalizadores utiles para la descomposicion de hidrocarburos que comprende las etapas de: a) formar una solucion mixta de urea que comprende sales solubles de iones metálicos seleccionados del grupo que consiste de: un metal divalente (Me (II) del primer grupo de transicion seleccionado entre Co, Ni, Cu y Zn: Al (III) y Mn(II), a un pH entre 3 y 6, b) envejecer la solucion mixta conteniendo urea-Me(II)-magnesio(II)-Aluminio(III) a una temperatura entre 70 y 100°C; c) precipitar a partir de la solucion envejecida un hidroxido doble laminar (HDL) constituido por dicho metal divalente (Me (II)), Magnesio y Aluminio, para formar un precursor de catalizador, d) activar el precursor de catalizador obtenido del paso c) por reduccion en una atmosfera que contiene hidrogeno a presion atmosférica y a una temperatura entre 600 y 750°C.
