Abstract
Se proveen composiciones y métodos para incrementar la actividad enzimática a través de un amplio espectro fisiológico en plantas, células de plantas, tejidos y semillas. Se proveen también métodos para incrementar el rendimiento de las plantas y métodos para conferir resistencia a un herbicida en una planta. Reivindicación 1: Una planta que comprende por lo menos (a) un primer polinucleótido heterólogo que codifica un primer polipéptido capaz de conferir un rasgo de interés; y (b) un segundo polinucleótido heterólogo que codifica un segundo polipéptido capaz de conferir dicho rasgo de interés, donde dichos primer y segundo polinucleótidos están expresados de manera estable en dicha planta, y donde dicha planta muestra dicho rasgo de interés sobre un rango más amplio de una condición fisiológica o ambiental, en comparación con una planta que comprende o bien dicho primer o bien dicho segundo polinucleótido, expresado solo y sujeto a dicho rango de una condición fisiológica o ambiental.
