Abstract

Aparato (1) de termonebulización de una composición líquida (3) que comprende: un depósito (5); un ventilador para poner en movimiento el aire situado en una zona (18) del depósito (5) arriba de la composición líquida (3); un cárter (9) de canalización que presenta al menos una abertura (23) de entrada del aire exterior al aparato (1); un pulverizador de proyección para la centrifugación de la composición líquida (3) bajo la forma de gotitas en el cárter (9) para formar en una región (54) de mezclado, una niebla (2) de la composición líquida (3); un conducto (45) de entrada de la composición líquida hacia el pulverizador; y un dispositivo (29) de calentamiento del aire, colocado río arriba de la región de mezclado (54) del cárter (9) por medio de la o de las aberturas de entrada del aire (23) del cárter (9). La aplicación es para el tratamiento de frutas y legumbres.
