Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un método para reducir la adherencia de una mezcla de reaccion a una porcion de una parte de molde utilizada para moldear una lente oftálmica, donde dicho método comprende: aplicar una mezcla de Span 80 y Tween 80 a una parte de un área de superficie de la primera parte de molde para la cual se reducirá la adherencia de la mezcla de reaccion; acoplar la primera parte de molde con una segunda parte de molde con la mezcla de reaccion en medio de ambas y al menos una parte de la mezcla de reaccion está en contacto con la parte del área de superficie de la primera parte de molde a la cual se ha aplicado la mezcla de Span 80 y Tween 80; y curar la mezcla de reaccion originando de este modo una fuerza adhesiva entre la mezcla de reaccion curada y cada una de las partes de molde, donde la fuerza adhesiva entre la mezcla de reaccion curada y la primera parte de molde se reduce en la parte del área de superficie a la cual se ha aplicado la mezcla de Span 80 y Tween 80, en comparacion con un área de superficie de la primera parte de molde a la cual no se ha aplicado la mezcla de Span 80 y Tween 80.Claim 1: A method of reducing the adhesion of a reaction mixture to a portion of a mold part used to mold an ophthalmic lens, wherein said method comprises: applying a mixture of Span 80 and Tween 80 to a part of an area of surface of the first mold part for which the adhesion of the reaction mixture will be reduced; coupling the first mold part with a second mold part with the reaction mixture in the middle of both and at least a part of the reaction mixture is in contact with the surface area part of the first mold part to which the mixture of Span 80 and Tween 80 has been applied; and curing the reaction mixture thereby causing an adhesive force between the cured reaction mixture and each of the mold parts, where the adhesive force between the cured reaction mixture and the first mold part is reduced in the part of the surface area to which the mixture of Span 80 and Tween 80 has been applied, as compared to a surface area of the first mold part to which the mixture of Span 80 and Tween 80 has not been applied.
