Abstract

Se describen aparatos y metodologías que atenuan la polucion de senal en un sistema de comunicacion inalámbrico. De acuerdo con un aspecto, los dispositivos de usuario pueden solicitar senales para usar en la seleccion del punto de acceso. Los puntos de acceso pueden ser seleccionados en base a la intensidad recibida de sus senales. En un aspecto, los puntos de acceso pueden demorar la transmision de senales basado en la intensidad de la solicitud recibida. Además, si suficientes puntos de acceso responden durante la demora, un punto de acceso puede abstenerse de transmitir senales en respuesta a la solicitud de senal, de reducir la polucion de la senal.
