Abstract

Un método y un sistema de comunicacion inalámbrica para iniciar el establecimiento, modificacion y terminacion de servicios de soporte de transmision y multi-transmision utilizando un sub-sistema multimedia (IMS) protocolo Internet (IP). El sistema incluye un dominio IMS. un servidor de aplicaciones (AS) de servicios multimedia de transmision/multi-transmision (MBMS) y una red celular, El dominio IMS incluye un IMS AS, un servidor de funcion de control de recursos de media (MRFC) y un procesador de funcion de recursos de media (MRFP). Un equipo de usuario (UE) envía un mensaje INVITE de protocolo de inicio de sesion (SIP) al servidor MRFC por vía de la red celular, una funcion puente de control de estado de llamada (P-CSCF) del IMS AS y una funcion de servicio de control de estado de llamada (S-CSCF) del IMS AS, para establecer una sesion MBMS - con -base - en- IMS al MBMS AS. Si al UE le es permitido establecer la sesion MBMS - con- base - en - IMS, el UE recibe servicios de soporte multimedia para establecer conectividad de conexion hacia arriba y de conexion hacia abajo al MBMS AS.
