Abstract

Se provee el compuesto y métodos de preparacion. Estos compuestos son utiles en el tratamiento de la depresion, demencia, trastornos cardiovasculares y endocrinos. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de acuerdo con la Formula (1), donde: R1 es F u OCH3 u OH; R2 es H o CH3; R3 es un heterociclo sustituido en forma opcional con uno de los siguientes: -CH3, -CH2CH3, -CH2CH2CH3, -CH(CH3)2, -CH2OCH3 u -OCH2CH3; y R4 es H, -CH3, CH2CF3, - CH2CH2OCH3, CH2CH2CH2CH3, -CH2CH2CH3, -CH(CH3)2 o -CH2CH3 o una sal aceptable para uso farmacéutico del mismo.
