Abstract

Composiciones topicas protectoras de la piel, y más particularmente composiciones antipruríticas protectoras de la piel, que comprenden un ingrediente protector de la piel, una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de un agente farmacéuticamente activo que incluye un agente anestésico o un derivado del mismo, un solvente oleaginoso que incluye una sustancia distinta del ingrediente protector de la piel, y un solvente acuoso. Estas composiciones protectoras de la piel tienen la capacidad de reducir, inhibir, tratar, mejorar o prevenir, en forma temporaria o permanente, condiciones pruríticas de la piel, así como otras condiciones cutáneas relacionadas. Estas composiciones tienen también la capacidad de restaurar o reparar una barrera lipídica de la piel de un mamífero. Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion topica protectora de la piel caracterizada por comprende: (i) una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de un agente farmacéuticamente activo que incluye un agente anestésico o un derivado del mismo; (ii) aproximadamente entre 25% y 65% en peso de un ingrediente protector de la piel; (iii) un solvente oleaginoso que comprende una sustancia distinta del mencionado ingrediente protector de la piel; y (iv) un solvente acuoso. Reivindicacion 15: El uso de la composicion de acuerdo a cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el mencionado uso es para la reparacion de un medicamento para inhibir o tratar una condicion prurítica de la piel en un paciente, donde el mencionado ingrediente protector de la piel mejora la capacidad de dicho agente farmacéuticamente activo para inhibir o tratar dicha condicion prurítica de la piel.
