Abstract
La presente se refiere a un método para producir un animal macho transgénico no humano, preferiblemente mamífero, pez, ave o insecto en donde el o los transgenes confieren un cambio en la relacion de transmision de al menos una características genética a la descendencia de dicho animal macho, no humano, preferiblemente mamífero, pez, ave o insecto a una relacion no Mendeliana, comprendiendo dicho método introducir (a) una primera molécula de ácido nucleico y que codifica un producto de expresion con funcion responder en un cromosoma de una célula germinal no humana, célula de huevo fertiliza, célula embrionica, una célula derivada de los mismos, de la misma especie que el macho transgénico a preparar, conteniendo o confiriendo dicho cromosoma dichas características genéticas, enlazando así sobre dicho cromosoma la funcion respondedor a las características genéticas; y b) al menos una segunda molécula de ácido nucleico y que codifica un producto de expresion con funcion distorsionador en uno o varios cromosomas de y una célula germinal, célula de huevo fertilizada, célula embrionica no humano o una celda derivada de la misma especie que el macho transgénico a preparar, en donde dicho producto de expresion con funcion distorsionador es un factor involucrado en la senalizacion de proteína G, en donde dicha primera molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica un producto de expresion con funcion respondedor y dicha al menos una segunda molécula de ácido nucleico y que codifica un producto de expresion con funcion distorsionador son introduce en el mismo o en diferentes cromosomas.
