Abstract

La tapa abisagrada (2) se encuentra articulada al cuerpo (1) del tapon y es obtenida por u proceso de inyeccion en una unica pieza cuya tapa (2) se pliega en caliente hacia el cuerpo (1) para ajustar un obturador (3) de la tapa (2) en el interior de la boca de vertido (5) del cuerpo del tapon. Concéntricamente al obturador (3) dispone de una guía (4) de configuracion cilíndrica anular seccionada por un plano inclinado que define una altura progresivamente decreciente entre un sector posterior (4b) de mayor altura y un sector anterior (4S) de menor altura, constituyendo el sector (4b) el primer contacto con la superficie exterior de la boca de vertido (5) para guiado y posicionamiento progresivo del obturador (3) durante el plegado de la tapa (2) hasta encajar en el interior de la boca de vertido (5).
