Abstract

Sistema de computación electrónica según demanda y método para el acceso dinámico a recursos digitales, comprendiendo dicho sistema medios de hardware, software, almacenamiento de datos y gestión, medición y control de flujo de información, de modo de poner a disposición, según la demanda y de manera centralizada, para diferentes usuarios registrados individualmente en el sistema y habilitados previamente en respectivos niveles de acceso recursos de procesamiento electrónico y de adquisición, de almacenamiento, de transmisión o distribución de datos, de informaciones, de comunicación y de entretenimiento. El sistema comprende también: medios de control y distribución de recursos (30) conectables operativamente a terminales de acceso (10) y construidos de modo de identificar las senales recibidas, a través de cualquier medio de conexión (20), de cada usuario habilitado, las formas de pago (pre-pago y pago posterior) acordadas y también los recursos a disposición de los usuarios en función de las instrucciones recibidas de la terminal de acceso (10) de los usuarios habilitados; y un medio de auto-aprovisionamiento integrado dinámico (40), en el momento de la inserción y de la alteración de la identificación del usuario y de su contrato, permitiendo flexibilidad de acceso a los diferentes recursos habilitados, control del usuario para auto-aprosionarse, control y gestión centralizados de múltiples perfiles de usuarios y también visualizar la contabilización del uso efectivo de recursos del sistema para cada contrato y asociación de usuario a contratos.Electronic computing system according to demand and method for dynamic access to digital resources, said system comprising means of hardware, software, data storage and management, measurement and control of information flow, so as to make available, according to demand and in a centralized way, for different users registered individually in the system and previously enabled in respective levels of access resources of electronic processing and acquisition, storage, transmission or distribution of data, information, communication and entertainment.
