Abstract
Tiene por objeto un componente tubular provisto de elementos roscados mutuamente orientados y procedimiento para realizarlo. En el método conforme a la presente, luego de obtener por mecanizado sucesivos elementos roscados en ambos extremos respectivos del componente tubular (10), un segundo calibre de orientación se une por atornillado al segundo elemento roscado para verificar si la marca (4) del calibre se alinea con la marca de orientación (11) que se ha indicado en el componente, después que el primer elemento se haya torneado y un primer calibre de orientación se haya unido por atornillado con aquél, configurando una alineación axial con la marca senalada en dicho calibre. De lo contrario, se repite la operación de torneado del segundo elemento con parámetros que varíen según corresponda. De aplicación a la perforación y operación de pozos de hidrocarburos.
