Abstract

La presente consiste en una ración de pienso y un método para mejorar la calidad del vientre de un cerdo incluyendo grasa de ave hidrogenada como parte de la dieta de un animal. La grasa de ave hidrogenada puede tener un índice de yodo de entre aproximadamente 30 y aproximadamente 60, y puede ser incluida en la ración de pienso con una frecuencia diaria durante las fases finales de la dieta de engorde final.
