Abstract

Se identifican análogos humanos y murinos de DUBs, proteasas desubiquitinantes inducibles por citoquinas y hematopoyético-específicas, agrupadas sobre el cromosoma 7, y sus respectivas regiones regulatorias. El nucleótido o las proteínas codificadas por el mismo pueden utilizarse en ensayos para identificar inhibidores de hDUB7 o mDUB7. La presente también incluye a péptidos de transducción que comprenden un NLS o una secuencia de hDUB7 o mDUB7 unidos a una molécula de carga, y métodos para administrar una proteína biológicamente activa, un compuesto terapéuticamente efectivo, un nucleótido antisentido o un compuesto de prueba a una célula, en el cual se agrega a una célula un péptido de transducción de manera exógena. Reivindicación 1: Un polinucleótido aislado que codifica una proteasa desubiquinitante humana, seleccionado del grupo integrado por hDUB7 y mDUB7.
