Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Logrado mediante una campana, que tiene en su interior un cilindro con movimiento lineal limitado, que en su posición normal sobresale de la campana, para que alrededor de este se coloque una banda elástica. Posee un mango en su parte superior dentro del cual se aloja un sistema de pinzas encargada de sostener la bolsa de residuos; dicha bolsa se aloja en el interior del cilindro con su boca hacia abajo, rebatiéndose una parte de ésta hacia arriba con lo que se logra cubrir la parte inferior de la campana; caracterizado porque el aparato esta constituido por un pulsador que al ser presionado comprime un resorte y desplaza la vara de agarraderas por el interior del mango logrando que las pinzas se abran permitiendo que la bolsa de residuos quede sujeta en el interior del cilindro al ser descomprimido el pulsador. Este cilindro esta dentro de la campana y en posición normal, por la presión que ejercen 6 flejes que son parte integral del cilindro, sobresale de la campana para que se coloque una banda elástica que será desplazada mediante las guías al recibir una ligera presión sobre el mango, esto va a producir que la banda elástica llegue a la punta del cilindro, que tiene una terminación cónica, con lo que se logra que dicha banda, al descomprimirse, cierre la boca de la bolsa de residuos. Al terminar estos pasos se oprime nuevamente el pulsador con lo que se libera la bolsa llena y cerrada.
