Abstract
Métodos para producir L-aminoácidos, tal como L-fenilalanina y L-triptofano, usando bacterias que pertenecen al género Escherichia, donde la productividad de L-aminoácidos en dichas bacterias está aumentada debido a una mayor actividad de una proteína codificada por el gen yddG. Reivindicación 1: Una bacteria productora de L-aminoácidos que pertenece al género Escherichia, caracterizada porque la producción de L-aminoácidos por dicha bacteria está aumentada debido a una mayor actividad de una de las proteínas que se definen a continuación (A) ó (B) en una célula de dicha bacteria: (A) una proteína que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos que se muestra en la SEQ ID N°: 2 del listado de secuencias; (B) una proteína que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que incluye una supresión, sustitución, inserción o adición de uno o varios aminoácidos en la secuencia de aminoácidos que se muestra en la SEQ ID N°: 2 del listado de secuencias y cuya actividad vuelve a las bacterias más resistentes a L-fenilalanina y/o un análogo del aminoácido.Methods for producing L-amino acids, such as L-phenylalanine and L-tryptophan, using bacteria belonging to the genus Escherichia, where the productivity of L-amino acids in such bacteria is increased due to increased activity of a protein encoded by the yddG gene .
