Abstract

Se revela un gato para entubamiento concéntrico que tiene un sustentador y accionador de entubamiento que utiliza fluido hidráulico para hacer elevar y descender verticalmente una columna concéntrica interna de entubamiento en un pozo. Este gato de entubamiento está conectado a una columna de entubamiento y puede comandar herramientas de pozo abajo vinculadas al extremo inferior del entubamiento accionando el entubamiento. El gato de entubamiento es soportado en la superficie por una cabeza de pozo y puede ser incorporado en una serie de carretes de perforación y válvulas preventoras de surgencia que son comúnmente utilizados durante operaciones de perforación. El gato de entubamiento consiste en un alojamiento y un pistón hueco cuyo diámetro interno es de tamano similar al entubamiento concéntrico. El dimensionamiento similar permite que trépanos de perforación y conjuntos de pozo abajo pasen a través del centro hueco del gato de entubamiento y las columnas de entubamiento vinculadas. El pistón está equipado de sellos externos para mantener presión hidráulica entre el pistón hueco y el cuerpo del gato. El eje inferior del pistón pasa a través de la base del alojamiento del gato de entubamiento donde el eje inferior es enroscado a la columna concéntrica de entubamiento en el orificio de pozo. El eje superior del pistón hueco pasa a través de la parte superior del alojamiento del gato de entubamiento donde conecta al equipo de perforación de superficie. El gato de entubamiento está equipado de dos soportes hidráulicamente retraíbles que calzan en el área rebajada del pistón hueco y soportan el peso del entubamiento y el pistón después que el pistón está en su posición elevada. El gato de entubamiento contiene también un resalto interno para soportar el pistón y el entubamiento cuando el pistón está en la posición descendida.
