Abstract
Un aparato de formación hidráulica capaz de deformar obras de paredes relativamente espesas y grandes , de tamano relativamente pequeno, simple y económico con respecto a la construcción y la operación. The hydraulic forming apparatus includes an upper plate and a lower plate which are connected together by braces that extend through respective compression tubes. An upper die section is supported on the upper plate while a lower die section is held on the lower plate for vertical movement relative to the upper die section. The upper and lower die sections have respective hollow areas formed therefrom that define a hydraulic formation die cavity. When the lower die section is moved to the lower position, a work can be arranged in the hollow area formed therein. Then, the lower die section and the work are lifted by the cylinders so that the work is included within the hydraulic formation cavity and mechanically deformed through the collaborating upper and lower die sections. A hydraulic formation support block then moves between the hydraulic formation matrix and the lower plate. A cylindrical system containing a plurality of pistons is then hydraulically operated such that the hydraulic formation matrix between the cylindrical system and the bottom plate is securely adjusted. While the cylindrical system is activated, the pressurized fluid is supplied inside the work causing the deformation adjusting to the cavity of the hydraulic formation matrix.
