Abstract

Se proveen polinucleótidos y polipéptidos de farnesiltransferasa (FT) aislados codificados por los polinucleótidos de FT. También se proveen los anticuerpos que se ligan inmunoespecíficamente a un polipéptido FT o cualquier derivado, variante, mutante o fragmento del polipéptido, polinucleótido o anticuerpo FT. Se proveen además métodos para construir plantas transgénicas que tienen niveles alterados de polinucleótidos y polipéptidos FT.
