Abstract

Un sensor de corriente para medir una o más corrientes suministradas desde una fuente de energía a una carga, comprendiendo el sensor: una entrada para ser conectada a la fuente; una salida para ser conectada a la carga; trayectos conductivos conectados entre la entrada y la salida para encaminar corrientes a través del sensor; y medios sensores asociados con cada trayecto conductivo para detectar corrientes que fluyen a través de los mismos y para generar una medida de corriente indicativa de la magnitud de la corriente. El sensor se caracteriza porque comprende una pluralidad de elementos de corriente arrollados alargados (78) dispuestos en un plano sustancialmente comun y que son sustancialmente insensibles a campos magnéticos generados a distancia y que responden a uno o más campos magnéticos locales para generar la medida de corriente, estando los elementos arrollados (78) dispuestos en zonas (75, 76, 77) que tienen más de dos centros efectivos (véase la figura 7) y que exhiben respuestas mutuamente opuestas al campo magnético remoto. El sensor puede ser usado en un medidor.
