Abstract

En la presente se revela un panel visor de plasma de descarga capilar que tiene un capilar con aberturas de doble tamano y un método de fabricacion del mismo. Más específicamente, un panel visor de plasma incluye un primer sustrato y un segundo sustrato, un primer electrodo sobre el primer sustrato, una primera capa dieléctrica sobre el primer electrodo, por lo menos un segundo electrodo sobre el segundo sustrato, una segunda capa dieléctrica sobre el segundo electrodo, en el que la segunda capa dieléctrica tiene por lo menos un capilar en la misma, y el capilar comprende una primera abertura y una segunda abertura y la primera abertura es más grande que la segunda abertura en un ancho horizontal, y por lo menos un espacio de descarga entre la primera capa dieléctrica y la segunda capa dieléctrica y directamente adyacente a la primera abertura del capilar, exponiendo de este modo una porcion del segundo electrodo al espacio de descarga a través de la primera abertura y la segunda abertura para generar una descarga de plasma continua proveniente del capilar.
