Abstract

Se describe un método para regenerar un tamiz molecular y un catalizador de tamiz molecular. El método incluye liofilizar un tamiz molecular que tiene una relacion de conversion de metanol inferior a 1, o un catalizador que contiene un tamiz molecular y un aglutinante que tiene una relacion de conversion de metanol inferior que 1. El tamiz molecular o catalizador regenerado se utiliza para preparar un producto de olefina de un oxigenado. El producto de olefina que contiene etileno y propileno luego se puede usar para preparar polietileno y polipropileno, respectivamente.
