Abstract

Un producto logrado a partir de la utilizacion de un material de partida, el cual a su vez se logra por medio del reciclaje de basura domiciliaria. Dicho producto puede ser destinado para los más diversos destinos, como por ejemplo: postes, tablas, varillas, tirantes, molduras, cordones, cunetas, placas o chapas (tipo madera aglomerada) de medida determinada para la fabricacion de todo tipo de productos tales como muebles, varillas, canos, postes, y cualquier otro producto que pueda ser fabricado a partir de un material moldeable de base plástica. Se pueden fabricar todo tipo de productos con el material de partida propuesto, ya que es un material facilmente moldeable, que tiene como base: un primer componente que contiene materiales plásticos de polietileno y polipropileno en una proporcion que oscila entre el 25% y el 30% del peso total del producto; y un segundo componente de materiales plásticos tipo PET que oscila entre el 30% y el 40% del peso total del producto; y un tercer componente seleccionado del grupo consistente de PVC, estireno, poliamidas, policarbonatos, poliestirenos, ABS, aluminio y carton. Los materiales antes aludidos son molidos y extrudados con aporte simultáneo de calor para lograr la fusion de los materiales plásticos durante la extrusion, y su mezcla para brindar una masa homogénea moldeable. Un procedimiento para la obtencion del material de partida con el cual se fabrican dichos productos, el cual comprende las etapas de: separar de la basura los materiales plásticos encontrados en la misma sin clasificar ni lavar; triturar dicho material en un molino de cuchillas; calentar y extrudar simultáneamente el material a una temperatura de hasta 300 degree C. Equipo que puede eliminar de los basurales estos residuos altamente toxicos, y convertirlos en un elemento economicamente util. Este dicho equipo fabrica el antes aludido producto para poder reutilizar esos plásticos. Básicamente el equipo consiste de un chasis en el cual están montados una serie ordenada de equipos que producen el procesamiento de estos residuos, en forma completamente autonoma ya que el mismo consta de su propio grupo electrogeno, también con dos motores que se alimentan con gas oil y que impulsan todos los mecanismos involucrados en el proceso, cuenta también con un importante tanque de agua así como de combustible, bombas de agua, equipos de enfriamiento y todo lo necesario para llevar a cabo la operacion en forma completamente autonoma. Podrá comprenderse que debido al lugar físico donde habitualmente se va a llevar a cabo la operacion de este equipo (proximo a un basural) no se cuentan con los más elementales medios para realizar una operacion, tal como agua, luz, gas, combustible, etc.A product achieved from the use of a starting material, which in turn is achieved through the recycling of household waste. The aforementioned materials are milled and extruded with simultaneous heat input to achieve the fusion of plastic materials during extrusion, and their mixing to provide a homogeneous moldable mass. A procedure for obtaining the starting material with which said products are manufactured, which comprises the steps of: separating the plastic materials found therein without sorting or washing; crushing said material in a knife mill; simultaneously heat and extrude the material at a temperature of up to 300 degrees C. Equipment that can eliminate these highly toxic waste from landfills, and turn them into an economically useful element. This said team manufactures the aforementioned product to reuse those plastics. Basically, the equipment consists of a chassis in which an orderly series of equipment that produces the processing of these wastes is mounted, in a completely autonomous way since it consists of its own generator set, also with two engines that are fed with gas oil and that drive all the mechanisms involved in the process, it also has an important water tank as well as fuel, water pumps, cooling equipment and everything necessary to carry out the operation in a completely autonomous way. It can be understood that due to the physical place where the operation of this equipment is usually going to be carried out (next to a garbage dump), the most elementary means are not available to carry out an operation, such as water, electricity, gas, fuel, etc. .
