Abstract

Se describe un método y aparato de grabacion optica para determinar la energía de escritura optima en un procedimiento OPC. El método involucra el borrado de un área de prueba, la grabacion de patrones de prueba, la lectura de los patrones de prueba grabados y la determinacion de la energía de escritura optima de las porciones de senal de la senal de lectura. El borrado del área de prueba, aun cuando no se graben senales en la misma, produce un valor no ambiguo y confiable del valor de la energía de escritura optima.
