Abstract
Artículos con cerdas con a lo menos un soporte y cerdas de un material sintético termoplástico dispuestas en los mismos se confeccionan de manera que, estando el soporte provisto con aberturas que actuan a modo de boquilla de hilado y a las cuales se acoplan canales que moldean cerdas, se inyecta en los canales de moldeo, a través de las aberturas y desde a lo menos un lado del soporte - el lado de alimentacion de la masa fundida-, una masa fundida de material sintético para las cerdas, con formacion de las cerdas, donde las aberturas presentan, en a lo menos una parte de su longitud, un diámetro mínimo < o = 3 mm y la relacion entre este ancho mínimo y el trayecto de flujo de la masa fundida obtenido a partir de la altura de las aberturas y la longitud de los canales se selecciona < o = 1:5.
